Hi

The plumi-0-1-final-tar.bz2 (which should be named
plumi-0-1-final.tar.bz2, except for some reason is renamed on upload to
plone.org) is a tarball. Research what this is, as it is very common on
unix platforms. I guess you are using Windows right?

You can extract it using "tar jxvf plumi-0-1-final-tar.bz2", in a shell,
if you have access to such a thing, which will uncompress it, and untar
it , in one go, which will reveal a folder containing all the Product
folders.
