[plumi-discuss] 0.2 milestone reached!

Damn! 
After skipping to the bottom of the one trac, i did the 0.4 release,
just to  go onto another trac (for EM), which lead to tracking down 2
more  bugs! [*]
The EM trac i was using was tracking changes/bugs from EM's migration
from pre-plumi to the plumi trunk and gathering issues with the new five
style view. The ticket is done - I think that should well and truly be
the last of it - so onto it - and mark a 0.2-final.


Anyway, I re-ran the process of marking tags for atvideo/plumiskin, and
then tagging a release for plumi.

As usual - demo.plumi.org/ is now running 0.2-rc5 (as is
testing.plumi.org)
