For this one and for an another test: "The transcoding has worked
successfully." and logs in plumi-wetube.log seems correct.

But the file is there /var/www/plumi-flv-files/Plumi/videos or
http://flv.domainepublic.net/Plumi/videos/  and i can see it in vlc.

Yes for the 2 tests but they are empty.
