Hi Denis, 
if the actual .flv file is empty , but exists and the transcoded files
are there also, it seems like the templating system isnt working?
Cheetah is installed properly?

If you run indytube.py straight from the cmd line, not via the script
(because that captures all the output , std out and error), and then
watch while video transcoding happens (after a upload, or just setup
manually), you might see errors which should tell you what is wrong.
Reply back with a copy if can, and need help.
