Comment:

 We have done some work on that. The namespace is "plumi". We creating
 subpackages there : skin and app. plumi.skin is a very basic skin,
 bringing the base look and layout of the site. plumi.app is the very core
 of the new plumi. For now, Alex, the other Parisian sprinter, created a
 decent installer using generic setup. Will be commited in the coming
 minutes :) We can say : namespace created with success cap'tain !
