[plumi-discuss] i18n

hello, 

we are aiming for an april launch of a video distribution site that using plumi and will most likely be called acervo.tv. but we need to translate many aspects of plumi first. i´m thinking that the translations we should base on svn trunk, and then backport to our version. 

sadly there is no pot file for PlumiSkin, although there is a "plumi-fr.po". a quick glance at ./PlumiSkin/skins/plumi_templates/login_success.pt, for example, shows that i18n support has been enables for the template, but not for many of the strings that would need to be translated: for example we need to translate "Publish Video" and the brief description that follows it. i´ve attempted to install i18ndude in order to create this .pot file, but there seems to be a problem with the version in the python index, so it doesn´t install.

so can we get a .pot for PlumiSkin in svn in order to start translating? or is there some other detail that is complicating the process?
