[plumi-discuss] workplan for Plumi (ver 2)

0.2.1-rc4)

I reckon this will stablise very soon, and will probably release the
tarball for plumi-0.2.1 next week, barring anymore errors found on
upgrading existing sites, which since this is a very conservative bugfix
release, shouldnt be many ;)
