You should look through this -
http://plone.org/documentation/kb/repair-a-plone-3.1-buildout
Basically you need to pin zope2instance to 3.6
To do this you should add
allow-picked-versions = false
newest = False
to buildout.cfg

It should go into the plumi buildout.cfg asap.
