[plumi-discuss] Announcing Plumi 0.3 alpha 1 release!

Hey,
sure I get the more usability thing, it's more just to let people know 
that it's active and out there and they can get involved. I'm sure a lot 
of people don't know about the project and any serious person will know 
that it's in development, who knows, they might even get involved and 
help out. :)

Perhaps just the blog then until things are working more?
