 Upload the inital versions of Plumi eggs to pypi.

 Modify buildout.cfg to use these versions, rather than src/ , on a TAGGED
 version of the buildout

 That is, the trunk of the buildout's buildout.cfg will always have these
 eggs pulled in via SVN, in src/
