 If a user changes the folder view of their own folder (/Members/username)
 to video_listing_view then that user's folder will become unusable as per
 http://critcom.plumi.org/ticket/99 . One way to solve this would be to
 remove the user's ability to change the folder view - in fact it might be
 good to get rid of a lot of the tab-bar actions such as add item, change
 state, etc for certain views - these are not needed for basic plumi
 functionality and can break things, so should be removed from the
 interface for most users.

 An alternative (that would be useful to do as well) would be to work out
 why video_listing_view breaks the user's folder view and fix that.
