 I have fixed issue.For example
 http://domlur.mahiti.org:9192/Plone/Members/rama/videos/@@folder_contents
 the above url is having two videos.One is published and one is visible.

 anonymous and other users can see only one published videos.

 admin and owner can see visible state video .
