In the portal_properties, I had the transcode daemon address as 127.0.0.1 8888

Should I make it?

transcodedaemon_address http://videos.healthydirections.com:8888

videoserver_address http://videos.healthydirections.com:8888

plonesite_address http://video.healthydirections.com:8080

You should change the plumi_properties from the ZMI:
http://video.healthydirections.com/portal_properties/plumi_properties/manage_workspace

The transcodedaemon_address and videoserver_address should be set to http://videos.healthydirections.com
  and the plonesite_address to http://video.healthydirections.com
