Comment:

 This is a known incompatibility between flashblock < 1.5.12 and
 flowplayer. There are a few ways around it, but they don't seem pretty:

 The bug is solved on the flashblock side, here:
 https://www.mozdev.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=20817

 I've upgraded flashblock to 1.5.12 from here:
 http://flashblock.mozdev.org/installation1.html

 and it doesn't open a new tab anymore. I 'm closing this ticket. If there
 are different opinions, feel free to re-open it.
