AFAIK this is because the taxonomy application is now in fact de-coupled 
from the default Plumi install. Dimo/Mike can you point to where this is 
downloaded? Also Shaun have a look through the manual it _may_ point to 
this - if it doesn't it should though.

AFAIK http://engagemedia.org is using 12 GB of RAM - I'd suggest 4 is 
the absolute minimum. It does however also sound like debug mode is
